INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
Left over ham ( or deli ham-bacon- or sausage) use as much as you like ( about a cup)
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup Monterey Jack (shredded)
1/4 sharp cheddar (shredded)
1 ready made pie crust (I use Pillsbury)
Fresh dill (optional for Garnish)
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Pre heat oven to 350
Place pie crust in a oven safe pie dish.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper to taste . Add egg mixture into pie crust . Top with cooked meat of your choice and than load it with cheese ( the yummy part)
Garnish the top of fresh dill ( or not )
And bake in oven at 350 for 50 min or until a knife comes out clean.
