INGREDIENTS
2 1ā4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt (I like sea salt)
1 cup melted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs (large)
1 (12 oz ) package semisweet chocolate morsels (I use toll house)
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl(mix well if you want your cookies to rise) and set aside. Add melted butter that has been browned in a sauce pot on low heat, or you can use just melted butter, along withĀ granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl and mix until creamy. (You can do this by hand or with a mixer)Add eggs one at a time! Mixing well after each egg . Gradually mix in flour mixture šØ

FoldĀ in chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets( you can line with parchment paper for easy clean up)( I used a half in. ice cream scoop to drop my cookie dough ) give the cookies some space about a inch apart if not youāll have a big blob of cookies š¬
BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Grab the milk š„ and enjoy while warm š¤¤ or coffee
