Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (I used 80/20)
1 egg (large)
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
3 tbs whole milk
1 tbs kosher salt
1 tbs thyme (dried )
1 tbs mustard powder
1 tbs granulated garlic
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs onion powder

3 tbs fresh parsley
You can also add finely chopped onion
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl add the ground beef,egg,breadcrumbs,
seasoning, milk and parsley .
Roll up your sleeves(there’s no other way to do it) and incorporate all the ingredients together, until we’ll combined into beef ( Don’t over mix) Next transfer into a oven safe baking dish and form into a loaf ( or like a basketball like mine 🫣)
Place in oven uncovered for 1 hour and 30 or longer depending on your oven ( mine took about 2 hours ) or until it reaches 160 degrees with a meat thermometer.
And there you have it good old fashioned meatloaf enjoy.
You can top with ketchup but we like GRAVY !
