INGREDIENTS
(For the ribs)
2 slabs baby back ribs
McCormick grill mates mesquite seasoning
Cayenne pepper
Olive oil
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BBQ SAUCE
One 18 oz sweet baby Ray’s ( I use the original )
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp red crushed pepper
1 tsp brown sugar ( light or dark what ever you have on hand )
DIRECTIONS
Pre heat oven to 350.
Rinse and pat dry the ribs(remove membrane)
Place ribs in a oven safe pan.
Generously season with McCormick seasoning. (I used 1/3 of the 2.5 oz bottle)
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper to add heat ( add as much as you like)
Drizzle the top with olive oil
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 2 hours
After 2 hours remove from oven and brush with bbq ( I’m generous with the sauce )
Place back in the oven uncovered at 350 for 15 min ( keep a eye on them so they don’t burn! You want the bbq sauce to heat up and get sticky )
