Ingredients
8 thin cut pork chops
( cut into small pieces)
1 6 oz can tomato paste 🥫
7 gloves of garlic 🧄
1 bell pepper 🫑 chopped
1 small onion 🧅 chopped
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Red crushed pepper
Italian seasoning
Directions
In a heated heavy bottom pan on medium heat add a few tablespoons of olive oil .
Add in chopped pork chops and allow to fry up until it gets lightly browned( around 10-12 min ) Next add in chopped onion and bell pepper allow those to cook for 5 min , season to your taste with above seasoning, add in the whole 6 oz can of tomato paste
( don’t throw the can )
and cook on low for 5 min add in minced garlic . If your serving this with pasta at this point your going to add in a few ladles of pasta water , if not go ahead and add warm water to the tomato paste can , fill it to the top mix it Well and add that to the mix . Give it a taste to ensure it’s seasoned to your liking 🥖
Put a lid on it and continue to cook on low heat
until you’re ready to serve. The longer this sauce simmers all the better !
