Rustic Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

5 russet Potatoes

2 Yams (Sweet Potatoes) šŸ 

1/2 stick butter šŸ§ˆ

Garlic šŸ§„

Parsley šŸŒæ

Olive Oil

Chicken Broth or Stock

Salt

Pepper

Granulated Garlic

Smoked Paprika

Dried Thyme

Dried Rosemary


Directions

Pre heat oven to 350

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

( easy clean up šŸ¤žšŸ¼)

Peel ,Wash and cut potatoes...

Melt half stick of butter in microwave. Chop 4 cloves of garlic and some parsley, I use 1/4 of a bunch. You Add as much as you like. 1/2 tsp each of above seasonings gets added into the butter mixture, add in 3-4 tbs olive oil and 1/4 cup chicken broth or stock , which ever you prefer. Coat potatoes with the butter mixture and evenly coat each side. Bake in oven at 350 for 2 hours depending on your oven. And enjoy šŸ˜Š Donā€™t forget to make a potato sandwich reminds me of mama. This recipe can easily be double to make more or easily cut in half. But your gonna need a lot !
